Sprint Is The Worst Carrier Money Can Buy, Consumer Reports Says BGR

In honor of Evil Week, we're switching up the Hive Five a bit. Again, if AT&T's prices are out of the park, or their plans just don't work for you, there isn't too much we can do to help. So now they want me to drive 40 min to the store, and ask them to get into a closed account and make changes that I'm pretty sure customer service has to make anyways.

Although this has led to increased profits, it has also led to the public perception that Sprint cares more about their bottom line than their customers. My experiences starts like all these and has all the similar traits of long wait times, disconnections, poor store customer services, inflexible phone toll free customer service.

I have never done business with any company that has had this level of poor customer service. What has really surprised me is that so many people find this to be "shocking" or "horrible" or "bad customer service." I disagree. Click here if you want to compare Sprint's phone numbers against each other.

I got home, called Sprint, was told hold on they will get someone to call me back to work this out. Sprint customers don't have to worry about data deprioritization during network congestion at the beginning of their billing cycle, for example. I have been a customer for over 14 years I called on July 6, 2018 and was told I would be able to enroll in your military plan $55 the first line, $25 the second line and $15 each additional.

Sprint is also known for offering discounted leases on the latest premium phones, with the condition that customers commit to staying with the company for the duration of the lease. Please forward this to the Sprint security department - Over the weekend our CEO's wife received a call on her company cell phone from telephone number 336-755-9006 which is a number assigned by Sprint.

I also did not receive any email from Sprint on Tuesday confirming the rate plan that we were being switched to. So on Thursday I called Sprint and questioned the lack Bad customer service of receipt or confirmation of the plan, I was told they did not have access to email and could not provide.

I forgot the password to my account and the people told me that there was nothing i could do to change. T-Mobile has 38 percent of the U.S. pre-paid market, while Sprint has 16 percent, which would give the combined company 54 percent, according to S&P. UPDATE: Today I called store #1, the place that the online tracking service said my phone was delivered to, and asked if they have it. They said nope - apparently they cancelled the order.

Even if carriers don't charge overage fees on unlimited plans, they will slow service when you reach a certain amount of data. Adding the human element to the mix can be hit-or-miss, though: Sprint's reps could stand to be a little better-informed about what services and features their employer offers.

In another example, analytics also helped Sprint learn that new customers who called significantly more often than average had much lower customer satisfaction. It's clear the New T-Mobile could govern most of the spectrum, whereas AT&T would trail closely behind in second, with Verizon coming in third.

Sprint waives it if you sign up for your plan and buy your phone online. Yeah no customer service is what is ever expected but sprint is at the bottom of the pile without a doubt. Still, while I'm sticking with Sprint for now, I can't recommend the service to new customers given the way that they treat even folks who've been with them for a long time.

I was told the phones were mailed out and they were mailed to my other house which no one is there. I still had nine months left to pay off the phones, and would be immediately charged for the phones if I didn't stay in the promo plan”……. Verizon also argued that it was rated the top wireless company for performance and speed by mobile testing company RootMetrics.
